Welcome to Crave! Crave Bistro & Bar is owned by two Port Coquitlam residents – Sadife and Will Carne. We’ve lived in this community for nearly a decade now and always lamented the lack of great restaurant options the city deserves. As our kids grew older and we assembled the necessary resources we decided to proceed! We signed a lease around Christmas, 2024 and so began the long construction process prior to opening on November 15, 2025. We’re still new at this with plenty to learn and plenty to organize over the coming months as we continue to scale up. You can expect creative new menu items, new gourmet cocktails, zero-proof beverages, milkshakes, coffee warmers and more in the coming months.
Our goal is to make Crave an integral part of the community. We want to serve families, couples on date nights, girls and boys nights out, breakfasts with the in-laws, kids after schools and yes, even our corporate and other organizational friends! We hope to see you all over the coming weeks and months!
